Iran is ready to reinitiate atomic talks with Washington as long as it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said exclusively dialogue worked, and shared recent overtures had been made by go-betweens to resume discussions with the American leadership. He asserted Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Tehran was not yet able to allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Walking a Difficult Route

Araghchi is navigating a complex path since Iran does not want appear to be operating from a stance of disadvantage, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had arisen more resilient defensively and mentally from the coordinated strike on its enrichment centers in June.

He was addressing at a strategic meeting in Tehran where he restated that Iran had "an inalienable right to process nuclear material domestically that it will never give up" – the key factor of the deadlock in the earlier negotiations.

Prior Discussions Unexpectedly Ended

The earlier sessions of discussions between the United States and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and acrimonious conclusion on 12 June when Israel, with US support, struck Iran's enrichment centers in a 12-day war that culminated with Donald Trump declaring the facilities had been obliterated. Afterward, Western states used their privilege to reimpose global restrictions, but Iran maintains they have not had a major impact.

Perfect Agreement Suggested

Iran's diplomats said they felt they had reached a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was settled an Iran-based consortium with Washington's engagement could refine atomic fuel. The two nations would have been able to claim victory since domestic enrichment would have continued and the US could be assured that Iran's atomic project was entirely non-military.

It had not been decided in the negotiations that Washington's technical specialists could function inside Iran, but that was a logical implication of the cooperative offer. Diplomats asserted on multiple occasions they had secured an understanding with Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff only for the agreement to fall apart due to "opponents in the US".

Current Position

Iran's diplomats said the partnership proposal was now no longer available, but it seems highly likely the offer could be reintroduced in some form if discussions restart.

The US president in recent days stated he had been getting signals that Iran sought to restart talks, but confidentially Iranian officials say they are not yet receiving coherent offers from the United States either explicitly or from important Middle Eastern intermediaries, such as Qatar, Egypt, the Omani authorities and Saudi Arabia. The Iranian foreign ministry has been charged of non-responsiveness in the face of Trump's direct instinctive approach, but Tehran asserts dialogue is not part of a performance.

Political Standpoint

In his address to the gathering, intended to depict the US as a dominant force that abuses the idea of worldwide standards, Araghchi said the two-week conflict demonstrated the clash could not be ended by armed force. He said the strikes began with a Washington's ultimatum for an unconditional Iranian surrender and ended with an absolute demand for a ceasefire.

Iran is convinced the opening assaults from Tel Aviv were executed with complete American awareness and collaboration, making confidence difficult to rebuild.

Diplomacy Remains the Ultimate Solution

The foreign minister said: "It was not Iran that had abandoned diplomacy; it was America and the western countries that had repeatedly attempted to dictate their will during the discussions. Diplomacy can still be active and remains the final answer to address disagreements, but its standards, guidelines and principles must be respected."

"In case they speak to the nation of Iran with the language of dignity and respect, they will obtain a reply in the identical language."

Recovery and Recovery

In what is portrayed by Iranian officials as the battle of restoration and rebuilding, the foreign minister claimed he was certain Iran's defence capabilities "are considerably enhanced than prior to 13 or 14 June of this year. The Iranian people have developed more powerful, more united, and more supportive of the administration and the nation in the aftermath of this assault."
